Plymouth Respect Festival

This weekend saw the Plymouth Respect Festival move to the University campus for the first time. The festival has been running for over 15 years and was designed to promote respect and celebrate diversity across all areas of the community. I’ve been fortunate enough to have been involved twice, albeit in a minor role each time. This year I built the Digital World Map.

The festival is held over 2 days and starts with a big parade thru’ the city centre. There are food stalls, stands selling things and performances – I even had a bhangra lesson twisting light bulbs and picking up £10 notes 🙂
